Great news for Paraty as it makes the NY Times list of places to go as the most culturally rich destination on the Costa Verde. Special mention went to the FLIP literary festival, the Jazz festival and the photograpy festival. The Carnival mud procession and the Cachaça festival didnt get a mention. Cant think why not...
